Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Developing Product Market Fit:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement and provide a summaries/presentation of recommendations.
- Help gather and analyze product usage data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Engage in potential client discovery.
Coordinate Product Launches:
-
- Participate in the coordination of team timelines, content and marketing release calendar, and project deliverables.
- Assist in planning and executing product launch activities, including creating marketing materials, preparing distribution materials, and identifying multiple outlets for distribution.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as sales and customer success to ensure successful product introductions and adoption.
Lead Generation/ Sales Enablement
- Conducting keyword research and optimizing content for SEO
- Conduct daily research and identify potential leads or prospects.
- Keep track of your outreach efforts and results.
- Contribute to the development of training and development programs to help sales teams stay uptodate on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Creating new sales decks, client case studies, product datasheets, and other materials that sales reps can use to educate and persuade potential customers.
- Provide a weekly report on key engagement and sales metrics.
Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies:
- Develop original branding and marketing materials.
- Contribute to website copy editing and development.
- Develop visually appealing graphics and videos to support product marketing, promotion, and training.
- Research relevant trends and topics within the industry.
- Planning and brainstorming content ideas for blog posts, articles, videos, or social media posts.
- Writing and publishing compelling and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Present strategic plan for marketing to senior leadership.
Training:
- Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for clients and sales representatives to maximize product utilization and effectiveness, including video production and documentation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Documentation and Process Improvement:
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product documents, including feature guides, user guides, release notes, and FAQs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency within the product management team.
Client Support and Training:
- Provide support to clients during product onboarding, answering questions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for clients to maximize product utilization and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong interest in B2B SaaS products, technology trends, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analytics tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decisionmaking.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, selfmotivated, and eager to learn in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Background in video and media production preferred.
Location:
50-75% of work will be completed remotely, weekly in-person check-in ability in Harrisonburg, VA is a strong preference.
