- Assisting financial advisors and investors with the onboarding experience; (website registration, investor subscription, AML docs, etc.)
- Navigating clients through the subscription process and assisting and managing fund closings.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Optimizing the user experience through collaboration and communication with the development team.
- Demonstrating exceptional time management skills with the ability to handles multiple tasks at once.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Analytical: Synthesizes complex or diverse information.
