    Description

    Customer Happiness Specialist

    Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join RSM Atlanta LLC as a frontline Customer Happiness Specialist! You'll be the go-to person for all customer queries and issues related to restaurant facilities and equipment in your area. Whether it's in person, over the phone, or through email, you'll ensure top-notch support for all our customers and partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Visit customers to identify areas for improvement.
    • Conduct market research to drive business growth.
    • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Utilize various communication channels for customer interactions.
    • Handle service requests, quotes, and invoices.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
    • Document all issues in Zoho Desk for tracking.
    • Perform necessary repairs when needed.
    • Assist with other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred.
    • Familiarity with company products and services.
    • Knowledge of Zoho Books is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
    • Must pass background checks.
