    Description

    Leadership Opportunity with VIOLAND

    We are currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, as well as expanding our reach by acquiring new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team and provide training to ensure their success.

    As you grow within the company, you will have the opportunity to step into the role of Agency Director and lead by example. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, making it a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities in a B2B setting
    • Supervise team activities and drive results
    • Train and mentor team members on our systems
    • Provide daily reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for building relationships and helping others
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S.
    • Clear background check and personal transportation
    • 45-day evaluation period for advancement
