is in search of a capable leader to join our team, someone who is truly passionate and driven. With a rich history spanning 120 years, we are pioneers within our industry.
The primary responsibilities for this role include managing our existing client base of 2,000 businesses, cultivating relationships to attract new clients through referrals and leads, and supervising a small team to carry out similar tasks.
You will undergo thorough training to become well-versed in our processes and eventually progress to the role of Agency Director, demonstrating mastery in the required skills and methods.
This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.Key Responsibilities:
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.·Capable of prioritizing tasks and delegating as necessary.·Adaptable in fast-paced and occasionally stressful environments.·Dedicated to assisting individuals and fostering connections.·Effective time management and organizational capabilities.·Prior experience in sales or customer service.·Self-motivated and target-driven.·Community engagement-oriented mindset.·Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce).
