    Overview:
    The Distribution Enablement Group (DEG) is a growing team within Natixis.

    Our group encompasses Business Intelligence, Analytics & Data Science, Data Operations, Marketing Operations, Distribution Consulting & Strategy, and Marketing Technology.

    Our core mission is to drive business growth and improve efficiency by extracting insights from data and aligning the use of data and technology.


    As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will become an expert in the effective use of our tools and data as it relates to digital engagement initiatives.

    You will provide the marketing department with the data, insights and strategic guidance needed to make informed decisions. Success in this role enhances the experience of internal and external clients.

    You will have an opportunity to shape the vision of how analytics support & align with Marketing and Sales efforts.

    This is a hybrid position located in Boston, MA.


    What you will do:

    Provide strategic & tactical insights and analytics to optimize marketing performance, user experience, and drive customer acquisition.


    Support alignment of Marketing and Sales efforts related to digital engagement and lead generation.


    Develop and regularly communicate key performance indicators of campaign tactics, content engagement and website experience internally.


    Establish and maintain processes for marketing technology guidelines and workflows.


    Manage cross-channel & cross-campaign marketing dashboards and identify action items that best support business goals.



    Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new marketing technologies to enhance our marketing capabilities and stay ahead of industry trends.


    Partner with IT and the broader DEG team on centralized data accessibility, accuracy, timeliness, and documentation.


    What you will bring:


    A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience encompassing marketing analytics, internal & external user experience development, and delivery & governance of media or digital content, preferably within financial services or B2B.


    Strong understanding of B2B marketing, digital advertising and analytics.


    Experience using analytics and/or business intelligence platforms.


    Commitment to being a phenomenal teammate and the ability to provide mentorship and guidance to other teammates as needed.


    Ability to proactively identify and address data integrity issues across marketing platforms and applications.


    Understanding of marketing technologies and their integration with data warehouses, CRMs and analytic platforms to enable data-driven insights.


    Refined written and verbal communication skills.


    Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while remaining flexible toward unexpected changes.


    Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.


    Experience with Adobe suite of digital engagement tools, Workfront, Seismic, Pardot and Salesforce, strongly preferred.
