Enterprise Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineer

Its platform unifies endpoint management, service workflows, automation, and intelligent agents into a single environment designed to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.

With strong global traction and rapid expansion in North America, the business is scaling its technical pre-sales team to support enterprise growth.

The Position
You will partner closely with Account Executives to support new logo acquisition across North America.

This is a highly consultative, technically hands-on role focused on delivering tailored demonstrations, mapping customer workflows to platform capabilities, and articulating how AI-driven automation enhances IT operations.

The AI component is foundational to the platform, integrated into workflows rather than layered on top.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Pre-Sales Partnership:
Join discovery calls and lead technical demonstrations aligned to prospect environments and use cases.

Solution Mapping:
Translate customer workflows into scalable automation and endpoint management solutions.

AI & Automation Narrative:
Clearly explain how intelligent agents operate within guardrails, interact with systems, and streamline repetitive IT processes.

Workflow & Systems Integration:
Demonstrate how the platform connects across service management, endpoint environments, and automation frameworks.

Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner with Product and Engineering to relay prospect feedback and support complex technical requirements.

Pipeline Support:
Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining precision and organisation.

Required Experience
"At least" 3+ years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting capacity.
Strong understanding of IT operations tooling, endpoint management, service management platforms, or automation systems.
Working knowledge of AI concepts and modern LLM capabilities.
Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and system interoperability.
Experience with Windows environments required. Mac and Linux exposure is beneficial.
Exposure to scripting or technical integrations preferred.
Confident presenter across both technical and commercial stakeholders.
Ability to commute to a New York office three days per week.
