Telephone Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Medical Technology

Your Responsibilities:


  • You are the first point of contact for our patients for any questions regarding the LifeVest product
  • You analyze technical data and derive necessary actions from it
  • You maintain close communication with our field colleagues and organize vest pickups or offsite appointments
  • You proactively make phone calls to our patients/family members and caregivers
  • You contribute to the optimization and documentation of processes
  • You are the responsible interface to our internal and external partners

Your Qualifications:


  • You have an interest in health topics and enjoy interacting with patients
  • You ideally have completed a commercial or healthcarerelated education
  • You have gained initial experience in customer support or in a call center environment
  • You communicate empathetically and think serviceoriented
  • You are technically savvy
  • You have fluent German skills and good English skills
  • You are familiar with common MS Office programs
