Your Responsibilities:
As the head of work preparation, you will be responsible for the scheduling of our plant in Schramberg and report to the head of technology and production

This includes:
- the responsible coordination of material disposition, order control, capacity planning, and master data management with a focus on deadlines and costs.
- leading, motivating, and developing our team of three in work preparation with team spirit and your professional expertise.
- collaborating with the production management to further develop our plant.
- continuously improving the process mapping in the ERP system in close cooperation with the supply chain management department and other plants.
- initiating and participating in various projects, such as the implementation of a production control system and the optimization of the disposition process.

Your Profile:

You have a degree in economics, manufacturing, or production engineering and several years of experience in production planning.
You also have experience with ERP systems and production control systems.
You have a high level of commitment, strong communication skills, and excellent social competence, and are used to demonstrating these in interdisciplinary teams.
Your profile is completed by your proficiency in MS Office programs, willingness to travel, and good English language skills.
