We are currently seeking a full-time Production Manager to join our team at our location in Unterschleißheim near Munich.

Production Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities as

Production Manager:

Demandoriented planning, control, and monitoring of production processes while adhering to occupational safety, accident prevention, and environmental protection regulations
Setting indicators and evaluation parameters for monitoring all production processes
Ensuring efficient use of personnel and machinery and corresponding performance monitoring
Responsibility for employee development and team qualification
Participation in strategic decisions in close coordination with the plant manager
Purchasing and communication with suppliers
Customer communication

Your qualifications as

Production Manager:

Successfully completed technical studies (e.g. plastics engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering), technician training, or equivalent
Several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience with successful project implementation
Ability to motivate and make decisions
Structured and independent work style with a handson mentality
Enjoyment of working in a familiar, familyrun company
Interest in professional development
