Beach City Job in Niederweningen, CH: HEAD OF QUALITY PLANNING & SUPPLIER QUALITY 100% (M/W/D)

Your future employer, Bucher Industries, is a globally operating industrial group with a leading market position in specialized areas of machinery and vehicle construction.

At our location in Niederweningen, we are looking for a pragmatic and goal-oriented Head of Quality Planning & Supplier Quality 100% (m/w/d) in special vehicle construction.

In this position, you will work closely with our development team in Niederweningen (CH), our production site in Ventspils (LV), and our globally located suppliers.

Initially, you will lead a team of 3 employees and the travel associated with this position is up to 40%.

Your mission:
As a quality planner, you will support the development department in defining quality characteristics and goals. Your tasks will include planning quality inspections and tests, as well as ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing supplier quality and conducting supplier audits. In addition, you will continuously monitor and improve the quality processes and systems within the company.

Your profile:

Degree in engineering or a related field
Several years of experience in quality planning and supplier quality management, preferably in the automotive or machinery industry
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
Experience in leading a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel up
