Coordination of incoming applications
- Communication with our applicants: "Do we want to move forward with this applicant?" Yes? No? Maybe?
- Prioritizing applications: We need to onboard geniuses immediately That's where your critical eye comes in.
Conducting the onboarding process
- Preparing all necessary documents for the hiring process
- Conducting the hiring process
General personnel administration
- Reporting personnel information to clients
- Obtaining certificates/qualifications
- Regularly checking personnel documents
