We are looking for you as soon as possible

Caretaker (m/f/d):

Part-time:

Your tasks: You are the contact person for technical questions and work closely with management and house management. In case of malfunctions, you initiate the necessary measures. You maintain and service the property and coordinate tasks or monitor the quality of external specialist companies. If necessary, you deliver fresh laundry to our nursing facilities with a 7.49 ton truck.

Technical training or comparable qualification
Teamwork, service orientation, and reliability
