Your Role

As a foreman, you will be responsible for the supervision and organization of our construction sites in both structural and high-rise construction in collaboration with the construction management team.

You will lead and instruct your own team as well as subcontractors. Your tasks will also include monitoring the correct execution of construction work in terms of technical and time requirements. Ensuring compliance with labor and safety standards on the construction site completes your job profile.

Your Profile

Completed training as a foreman, certified foreman, technician, or master
Strong cost and performance mindset
Proficiency in MS Office
Assertiveness and a structured, careful, deadlineoriented, independent, and reliable work style
Strong communication skills for working in a team and with clients
