'Für our client, we are looking for a clerk (m/f/d) in the field of customer service in Berlin.

The position is permanent.


Tasks:


You are the competent contact person for customers and certification employees in the field of service and education project coordination.

After familiarizing yourself with the certification systems, you will take on the following tasks:

Contract and calculation checks
Order monitoring and compliance with calculation guidelines
Coordination and verification of certification processes
Maintenance of databases and creation of evaluations
Examination and approval of invoices
Creation of certificates and invoices
Participation in the further development of certification and customer processes


Requirements:
Commercial or technical education, preferably with a degree
Ideally several years of professional experience
Enjoyment of customer contact and service orientation
Strong communication skills and teamwork
Confident handling of modern IT and computer systems
Good knowledge of English is desirable.


You will receive a salary between 40, ,000 euros per year, depending on your professional experience, excellent social benefits and a company pension plan.
