    You'll collaborate with manufacturing customers to identify solutions, select technologies, estimate work, architect systems, and develop software. Additionally, you'll help manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery. This role involves supporting both project and functional teams and contributing to technical planning and execution for our clients. As a leader within the Digital Transformation team, you'll foster a growth-oriented environment for your direct reports.

    Responsibilities:


    Act as a subject matter expert in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), IIoT, Smart Manufacturing Systems, or other Digital Transformation technologies.

    Architect and execute project plans while forecasting and mitigating technical issues.
    Deliver solutions as a technical lead, ensuring solution quality through planning, execution, and verification.
    Learn new techniques and technologies as required.
    Work independently in a collaborative environment without daily supervision.
    Participate in Pre-Sales efforts by defining scope, design, and estimation.
    Mentor and lead geographically distributed teams while supporting project management.
    Design and document system-level functionality for complex systems.
    Lead and support the project leadership team.

    Qualifications:
    5-10 years of relevant experience.
    Strong expertise in multiple of the following: SQL, C#, JavaScript, Python, and Manufacturing Execution Systems.

    Demonstrated expertise in one of the following: Ignition (including Sepasoft), AVEVA, PI, MES, Workflow, Batch, Parsec Traksys, or Rockwell FactoryTalk products.

    Functional understanding of PLCs and HMIs.
    Willingness to oversee the quality of a solution.
    Availability for regular travel during project implementation and commissioning phases (30-40% travel expected).

    Compensation:
    The salary range for this role is $124,000 to $150,000, based on skills, experience, and other business factors.
