Your tasks
- Development of the optimal construction process for our projects in the bidding phase together with our estimators, as well as creating offer schedules
- Planning of the construction process during the execution period in collaboration with the project or construction management
- Creation of contract schedules
- Support of the construction site teams with questions regarding work preparation
- Creation of target-actual schedules
- Support of the construction site teams with construction site documentation
- Introduction and training of construction-related applications
- Support in the further development of construction-related tools
Your qualifications
- A degree in civil engineering, a qualification as a state-certified technician or master in construction or equivalent qualifications
- Relevant professional experience in work preparation or construction or project management is desirable
- Sound technical understanding of processes in the construction process
- User knowledge of scheduling systems, ideally PowerProject, MS-Project
- Basic knowledge / knowledge of TILOS is desirable
- Willingness to further educate oneself
- Ability to work constructively and in a team with all parties involved in the construction process
