In addition to technical tasks, successful engineers are also entrusted with responsibility for personnel and projects throughout their careers. In production organization, logistics, and sales, economic, legal, and technical questions are closely intertwined from the beginning. In the Business Engineering degree program with a Bachelor of Science degree, students are trained for these interdisciplinary tasks.

It is offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in cooperation with the Departments of Mechanical Engineering and Business.

Through this cooperation, students benefit from excellently equipped laboratories, a wide range of courses, active international contacts, and learning centers of the three departments.

Structure
The modules of the Bachelor's degree program provide qualifications and competencies for these fields of activity. These can include seminars, lectures, or exercises.

After completing the Bachelor's degree, students can continue their studies at h_da to obtain a Master of Science in Business Engineering.

Admission
Prerequisites. What is required? The Business Engineering degree program (B.Sc.) is subject to admission restrictions (NC). A practical internship is part of the admission requirements.
