    Sentech Services is looking for a strong Sales and Business Manager for our Steel Manufacturing Company in Bluffton IN.

    We offer salary, outstanding bonus structure and excellent benefits.

    You will work one on one with the president and be their "go to" person - not just a number in the crowd

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to source and secure new leads, expand the customer base, and achieve sales targets
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality service and support
    • Conduct in-office and field meetings with potential and existing customers to discuss their framing needs and propose tailored solutions
    • Collaborate with framing crews and other key stakeholders to monitor project progress, address any issues, and ensure completion within the set timelines and budget
    • Understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and business decisions
    • Work closely with the design and estimating teams to ensure accurate project proposals, quotes, and contracts
    • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics to drive accountability and results
