    Job Summary:
    Serene Gardens of Clarkston is seeking a reliable and organized Part Time Receptionist to join our team.

    The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and will be responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our facility.

    This individual will also be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operation of our office.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    This is an hourly, entry-level administrative position with a compensation range of $13.5 to $14 per hour, paid biweekly. The eligible employee may receive benefits, including paid time off, retirement plans, and employee discounts.


    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome all visitors and guests
    • Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
    • Sort and distribute daily incoming mail and packages
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management or other staff members
    • Maintain and update resident records
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
    • Order and maintain office supplies
    • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence
    • Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is neat and presentable at all times
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role
    • Proficient in Google Workspace and general computer skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
