GrassRoots LLC is a growing landscaping company in Northville, NY that offers a little bit of everything to customers along the Sacandaga Lake Region.

• Our team is AMAZING. Seriously. There is no better crew out there, I will shout it from the rooftops. We are hardworking, brilliant, kind, and like really really fun. We also swear sometimes. Ok, maybe a lot.
• You get to talk to people all day Ok, to some of us, that sounds like literal hell, but to YOU (assuming you're the perfect person for this job), this sounds amazing. Love spreadsheets?? Of course you do. Say no more.

• Real talk? It can get stressful. There are a lot of balls in the air, and a lot of getting pulled in different directions. Time management and prioritization is a must. So is keeping your cool and maintaining a positive attitude. We're here for ya if you need to vent or talk through something, just make sure you're maintaining that retail customer service voice as soon as you get on the phone. Ever work in a kitchen, coffee shop, or bar? Think of it like screaming in the walk in cooler and then coming out and smiling your butt off for tips.

In short, your job is to wrangle all of the pieces together, follow up on the pieces that are missing, organize the pieces, and communicate with all the right people on all the right things.
