Join our growing team in Springdale, NC We are currently seeking a new team member for our People Team.

Your responsibilities:

You will support the management of the People & Organization department in all matters related to personnel development
You will be a competent contact person for managers regarding personnel development and leadership topics
You will be responsible for the implementation of all personnel development tools and processes according to the needs of the company
You will independently manage projects within the personnel development department (e.g. implementation of career paths, buddy program, succession planning processes) and lead them to success
You will design, implement, coordinate, and accompany development programs and training formats
You will contribute to the success of the company by participating in the operational implementation of the personnel strategy and continuously optimizing relevant personnel processes
You will work closely with People Business Partners

Your profile:

You have at least three years of relevant work experience in personnel development, ideally in a dynamic environment, and possess indepth knowledge of modern personnel development tools
You are passionate about setting up a holistic approach to People Development and putting talent and competency management at the center of personnel development
You have a noticeable passion for the People Business, possess empathy, communication skills, and negotiation skills
You have experience in independently driving projects and leading them to success
You are proficient in using common Microsoft applications and have experience with digital personnel development and training tools
