You will support and assist our department head in organizational and administrative tasks, and represent our company professionally in dealings with business partners and colleagues.

We are currently seeking a


ASSISTANT TO THE HEAD OF SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY in part-time 50% (w/m/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Coordination, scheduling, and monitoring of appointments
  • Preparation of protocols, reports, and presentations
  • Maintenance of data records for project management
  • Research of suppliers and vendors
  • Coordination and organization of meetings
  • Communication interface with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent handling of correspondence
