    Assistant Director/Benefits & Wellness

    Assist with the daily administration of benefits and retirement programs, from point of vendor selection to implementation and management. Collaborates with the Director to sustain and promote benefit programs in support of the university's strategic plan.

    Provides excellent customer service, researches new benefit programs and assists with improvement of existing programs, regulatory and policy compliance analysis and provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of benefit programs.

    Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferably in human resources management or related field, or four years of professional experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, or a related field.

    Two years professional experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, or a related field.
