We're looking for you RAUSGEGANGEN is in need of your support in the areas of Finance/Accounting/HR. We are searching for a person to join our team in our Cologne office for 20 to 40 hours per week.


Your responsibilities:


  • You will support us in all matters related to Finance/Accounting/HR.
  • You will handle personnel matters.
  • You will assist with preparatory accounting tasks.
  • You will collaborate with our tax consultant.
  • You will handle payments and reminders.
  • You will handle correspondence, both internally and externally.
  • You will be responsible for document filing (online and offline).
  • You will manage orders.
  • You will be part of the continuous improvement process in the abovementioned areas.

Your profile:


  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, such as office clerk (m/f/d), or have relevant experience or further education.
  • Strong organizational skills. You are reliable and detailoriented.
  • Analytical thinking skills. You have a good understanding of numbers.
  • Experience in accounting or financial accounting is an advantage (but not a requirement).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office is a must.
  • Enthusiasm, communication skills, and teamwork.
  • Flexibility and resilience in handling diverse tasks.
