About the Role
PHM seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with clinical and internal medicine, orthopedics, or neurology experience to be provide a high level of healthcare services to individuals, families, and VIPs with complex medical needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Manage complex medical issues by facilitating the best diagnostic and therapeutic treatment options available for our clients
Coordinating care and navigating the healthcare system on behalf of our clients to get the best what's possible in medicine
Work closely with the clinical and research teams at PHM to identify the latest therapies and provide comprehensive information on medical conditions, medications, treatments, and clinical trials available
Provide high level clinical management to our clients and their families in a caring, compassionate manner
Must have ability to work M-F, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM; some after-hours and on-call as needed
Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
5 years of experience working in a clinical field
Strong clinical acumen
Compassionate and caring
Clinical working experience as an PA/NP within internal medicine, orthopedics, or neurology required
Experience in an environment where assessment and critical thinking are required
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Able to lead an energetic and decision-making team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attributes
Must be client focused with excellent follow through
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
Work well under pressure and ability to deal with demanding, accomplished individuals and business executives in calm, pleasant manner
This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations – (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA).

The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000.
