    Description

    Susan Crandall is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing along passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field and now seek someone who will embrace the challenge of working with our existing 2,000 clients while expanding our client base through referrals and leads. In this role, you will also be leading a small but dedicated team towards achieving these milestones.

    This position offers a weekly salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment
    • Passion for fostering relationships and helping others
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Desire to actively engage with the community
    • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S. are essential
    • Clean background check and access to personal transportation are mandatory
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
