Description

Susan Crandall is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a real drive and purpose. With over a century of experience, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will engage with our current 2,000 business clients, nurturing these relationships, and expanding our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will take on a leadership position, guiding a small team in these activities.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting existing clientele
Identifying new business opportunities in the B2B sector
Supervising team performance and outcomes
Training and mentoring new team members on established processes
Providing daily reports on field operations via our Salesforce-based CRM
Emphasizing daily activities on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail
Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
Thrives in fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environments

Desirable Skills:

Passion for aiding individuals and nurturing connections
Previous experience in sales or customer service
Self-driven with a focus on goals
Interest in community involvement
Familiarity with CRMs, preferably Salesforce

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Clean background check and access to personal transportation
Minimum 45-day assessment period prior to progression
