    Description

    Susan Crandall is Hiring a Passionate Leader

    Join our team at Susan Crandall, where we've been making waves in the industry for over a century. We're on the lookout for a motivated individual to take on a key role within our organization.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members
    • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Passion for building relationships and helping others
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Community involvement
    • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License
    • Eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and reliable transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period
