Properties.

Your responsibilities will include independently managing construction sites, providing advice and support to users, ordering materials, planning materials according to requirements, and managing construction processes for smooth day-to-day operations.

You will also coordinate with planning participants, authorities, and executing companies, as well as advise and support users and internal departments and project managers.

You will actively manage and control costs, deadlines, and quality processes.

Your profile should include a successful completion of a Master Painter apprenticeship or several years of experience as a foreman, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and experience in a hospital environment is beneficial.

You should also possess strong teamwork and communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and a solution-oriented and flexible approach to your role.

As a multi-talented individual with high quality standards, you should be able to work independently and proactively. Good German language skills in both written and spoken form are required.
