Manager (m/f/d) Production Preparation:

Our client is a medium-sized company with 40 employees within a family-owned group of companies specializing in sophisticated custom drive solutions.

With a 75-year history, our client is a trusted partner for companies in the fields of mechanical engineering, drive technology, medical technology, food technology, and automation technology.

Your responsibilities:

As the link between design and production, you will lead the production preparation of our client's company.

This includes planning, scheduling, and monitoring all production orders.

In close coordination with customers from various industries, you will create production-related drawings for gears, gearboxes, shafts, and more.

You will document drafts and detailed drawings throughout the entire process using CAD software.

As part of production planning, you will define production documents and document them in the ERP system.

You will provide technical support to production employees, both in the introduction of new parts and in production-related issues.

You will continuously analyze and improve processes and structures.

Your profile:

A completed technical university degree or further education as a state-certified technician, ideally with a focus on gearing or gear manufacturing.

Several years of professional experience in the production of gears or gearboxes.
