So that our trucks do not unnecessarily drive back and forth and the perfectly loaded goods are always delivered at the right time, our drivers are looking for a shipping manager (m/f/d),

... who leads and develops the shipping team in full-time (40 hours/week) both professionally and disciplinarily and coordinates personnel deployment planning including the creation of shift and vacation schedules

... who develops and optimizes processes for shipping including tour and loading planning, taking into account deadlines, quality and cost aspects

... who works closely with management and regularly coordinates with production management to develop and implement shipping strategies as well as continuously improve processes

... who ensures an efficient flow of goods and information in close coordination with production and sales support

... who implements shipping requirements as an interface between sales and customers and takes care of handling complaints

... who has a clean hand according to HACCP standards and enforces these as well as standards for occupational safety, health and environmental protection and other regulatory or legal requirements within their team

... who regularly coordinates with the fleet manager to obtain information on the condition of company vehicles, maintenance orders, load checks, etc.
