Our client, Kräuter Mix GmbH, is a family-owned, internationally active company with around 500 employees. For over 100 years, Kräuter Mix has been passionate about and built its business on the fruits of nature. They supply dried plant-based raw materials to the food, pharmaceutical, and pet food industries, as well as to retailers. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Abtswind.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing and developing an existing customer base (B2B only)
  • Ensuring optimal customer consultation and satisfaction
  • Responsible for price calculations, contract negotiations, and smooth order acceptance and processing
  • Close coordination with production, quality management, and purchasing in the interest of our customers
  • Occasional customer and trade fair visits in Germany and abroad
  • Professional and disciplinary management of the sustainability management team

Your profile

  • Commercial education, degree in business administration or a related field
  • First professional experience in sales, preferably in the food industry
  • Passion for natural raw materials
  • Strong sales personality with a high customer orientation
  • Results-oriented work style, commitment, and initiative
