What tasks can you expect from us?
- You are responsible for the support of prospects, (new) customers, and clients according to the executiononly principle
- You take care of maintaining the existing customer base
- You make campaign calls and customer life cycle calls and handle the onboarding of new customers
- You proactively identify care approaches to deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty
- You use sales and crossselling approaches to acquire new customers
- You ensure accessibility and maintenance of service performance (this position involves shift work)
