Included are self-reflection, verbatims, and feedback with their peers focused on topics such as cultural competency, ethics, grief and loss, and communication skills.
- Integration of Theology and Practice: The intern will be encouraged to integrate their theological understanding with their practical experience, applying religious and spiritual principles to their work in ways that are respectful and supportive of diverse beliefs and backgrounds.

The internship will provide firsthand experience in delivering spiritual and emotional support to individuals and families facing various challenges and crises.
