Position

The IT Business Applications Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for the local selection, management, and further development of business software applications at the German location and at other locations in the Northern region.

Main Tasks:

Management and development of the ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

Structured documentation of business processes with the aim of transferring them into digital solutions

Management and development of Business Intelligence (BI) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Backup resources for local network management as well as software support (MS Office, payroll software, time tracking system, shipping and customs management software, etc.)

Project management in software selection and implementation projects, especially for ERP systems

Multi-site user support and consulting for IT users
