As a judicial clerk (m/f/d), you ensure a smooth process in courts and public prosecutors' offices. In court hearings, you are an indispensable part and sit in the front row.

Your tasks as a judicial clerk (m/f/d) at a glance:

Take minutes in negotiations and interrogations
Provide information to parties involved in proceedings and record applications
Publish judicial decisions
Manage (electronic) files for judicial proceedings
Prepare and certify documents

The apprenticeship in detail:

The state-recognized apprenticeship begins on September 1, 2025 and lasts 2.5 years.
On a maximum of two days per week, you will acquire sound theoretical knowledge in classes at a vocational college.
In various departments at a district court, public prosecutor's office, and central insolvency and registry courts in your higher regional court district, you can successfully apply and expand the knowledge you have learned in practice.
