Description

Your working hours at Sweetwater will be Monday to Friday from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm or from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm on a rotating schedule.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? * You will supervise and coordinate our warehouse employees, ensuring tasks such as loading and unloading containers and proper sorting and scanning of packages are completed by your team * During sorting, you will monitor our containers and ensure optimal use of our conveyor system * You will coordinate our yard shunters * Your team is essential - you will handle scheduling and vacation planning for our warehouse employees WHAT DO YOU NEED? * You are highly organized and have a confident and friendly demeanor * Experience in production or working in a shift system is preferred * Previous leadership experience, preferably in a technical environment, is a plus.
