We are looking for an experienced design engineer (m/f/d) to join our team at Lake Roberts Heights.

Your responsibilities as a design engineer will include:

  • Independent development and design of assemblies and individual parts
  • Development of concepts for new assemblies, including necessary cost analyses and comparisons
  • Design, assembly, testing, and process-related support for prototype units
  • Collaboration in the design of production-ready products and in series support and revision
  • Systematic problem-solving and cooperative development of design-related issues with other departments at various locations within the company and with suppliers

What you need to bring to the position as a design engineer:

  • Successfully completed university degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in design and kinematic design of assemblies is advantageous
  • Proficient in 3D CAD systems (NX and Teamcenter or comparable)
  • Independent, thorough, and systematic work style with a team-oriented mindset
  • Pragmatic thinking, enthusiasm for innovation, and commitment
  • Proficient in PC skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
