Your tasks:

  • Technical and economic consulting for planners and builders
  • Object acquisition and support from tendering to contract award
  • Establishment and maintenance of a network between architects, planners, builders and investors
  • Market observation and competition analysis
  • Conducting presentations for architects and planners, etc.
  • Attending trade events and further education opportunities
  • Planning and conducting object meetings as a team
  • Managing and tracking object lists in CRM

Your profile:

  • Technical degree, architect or master craftsman
  • Experience in sales in the construction industry is desirable
  • Ideally, experience in consultative direct sales of construction chemical products
  • Strong and sustainable in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Team spirit and above-average commitment
