Business Development Representative (M/F/d) to continue our impressive growth in Lewis, IN.

As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in our mission to revolutionize the insights market and drive our expansion.

We are seeking individuals who are smart, creative, passionate, sociable, and energetic to join our ambitious team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing growth opportunities in attractive verticals such as FMCG, Consultancies/Agencies, Pharma/Healthcare, and Fashion & eCommerce.

You will receive support in building a strong network within your designated vertical and establishing yourself as an industry expert.

YOUR TASKS

  • Understand industry trends and dynamics, identify potential target customers, and uncover the needs of target personas within relevant prospects
  • Develop outbound strategies to approach potential target customers, and execute communication sequences
  • Mentor and train working students once you are fully onboarded and equipped with the necessary tools and skills to excel in your role
  • Create and analyze account maps to understand the structure of target companies and identify key decisionmakers
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure the best user experience for our clients
  • Lead qualification and nurturing meetings with CEOs, CMOs, Head of Innovation
