We are looking for you as a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time for our location in Berlin, Banning, CA

Your responsibilities:

  • As a call center agent (m/f/d), you will work at a modern workplace and be responsible for inbound customer service via telephone.
  • You will provide general information on tariff inquiries or premium adjustments and be available to answer questions.
  • You will manage and maintain customer data.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for individual adjustments of customer tariffs.
  • You will handle back office processes and emails.

Your profile:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Professional telephone communication skills.


  • English level B1

  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Customeroriented mindset and ability to work in a team.
  • Independent work ethic and enjoyment in interacting with customers.
