Event Coordinator (m/f/d)


Start date: August 1, 2023 in the
segment of corporate gastronomy in
full-time - 40 hours/week | Typically 8:00 am-5:00 pm | Monday-Friday (5-day week) | occasional evening or weekend events.

  • Negotiation and coordination of contracts with service providers and trades, budget planning and management in close consultation
  • Responsibility for guest management and data protectioncompliant contact maintenance
  • Contact person for all departments

  • Management, development, and implementation of sponsorship concepts
  • Maintaining professional relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders
