    Business Development Manager

    England Logistics has become one of the country's top third-party logistics providers by investing in our people.

    We tailor our coaching to each specific teammate so we can enable them to do more and achieve more than they did the day before.

    This position offers a base salary of $47,750, full benefits, and uncapped commission. OTE for first year is $55k-65k with high performers exceeding $75K.

    Qualifications:
    A great attitude and work ethic.
    Persuasive and professional sales and negotiating skills.
    Successful sales background and track record.
    The ability to connect with people and create relationships over the phone.
    Knowledge of CRM's and MS Word & Excel.
    A college degree preferred. (Not required with previous sales experience.)

    Responsibilities:
    You will be responsible for selling England Logistics services.
    You will prospect new leads and make phone calls daily.
    You will identify solutions for clients and new business opportunities.
    You will build, manage, and grow a book of business.
    You will be coachable and accountable.
