- Joining a specialist in the Insurance Industry
- Receiving complete training
- Learning the services of the firm
- Being trained to use the database
- Learning to review and code documentation and transactions
- Entering transactions into the database
- Learning to update insurance policy information
- Learning to manage the policy renewal process
- Providing additional administrative support to the team as requested
- Communicating with clients by phone and email
- Answering questions and address inquiries
- Assisting with onboarding for new clients
- Supporting the policy administration process
- Walking customers through the policy renewal process
- Troubleshooting and resolve issues as they arise
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- At least 6 months of Customer Service experience in any environment [retail, hospitality, food service, office, etc.]
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Basic math skills
- +++ An interest in learning about the insurance industry
- +++ At least one year of experience in an office environment
- +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
