We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with service inquiries and general information
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer questions
- Send quotes to potential customers in a timely manner
- Send invoices and service reports to customers in a timely manner
- Create Purchase Orders for supplies needed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detailoriented
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
