Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Administer medications and treatments to patients according to physicians' orders
  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting changes to healthcare providers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention
  • Perform procedures such as triage, gastric lavage, and neonatal ventilator support
  • Utilize electronic health record systems like Epic for documentation
  • Provide health coaching to promote wellness and disease management
  • Assist in PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) as needed

Skills:


Required Skills:


  • Strong clinical skills in acute care settings
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in assisted living or nursing home facilities
  • Familiarity with triage procedures
  • Knowledge of neonatal ventilator support
  • Competence in gastric lavage techniques
