- Prepare daily and monthly journal entries for prepaid expenses, AP, fixed assets, accruals and payroll
- Balance sheet reconciliations and review of financial statements
- Support month-end, year-end close and audit process
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required
- Bachelor's Degree required (Accounting, Finance or Business highly preferred)
- Experience with ERP (Sage would be a plus)
- Commute comfortably to office in Delray Beach
