- Work under the guidance of a Principal Investigator and Research Coordinator assisting with clinical research studies.
- Conduct various infectious disease Clinical Trials focusing on HIV, COVID-19, and more.
- Recruit, evaluate, and schedule study participants following protocol instructions.
- Manage regulatory submissions and maintain patient information databases.
- Prepare Case Report Forms and assist in monitoring visits.
- Perform clinical procedures like phlebotomy and specimen collections.
- Monitor equipment, order supplies, and handle other assigned duties.
- BS or BA Degree, preferable with relevant coursework or project experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of clinical research protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professionalism and respect for subjects' rights.
- Computer literacy and ability to record data systematically.
