- Greet and welcome customers, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
- Manage the dealership's appointment scheduling system and assist with confirming appointments
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist in handling inquiries and complaints from customers, escalating as needed to management
- Stay uptodate on dealership promotions, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Must have a professional appearance and demeanor
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
